TREEHOUSE

An Exhibition of Design, Art and Experiences
7 May - 15 July 2024

Curated by Jarrod Grossberg, James Lindon and Leigh Ofer

Pairing sustainable design with works of art and a programme of talks and experiences, TREEHOUSE contemplates our current climate crisis while imagining an adaptable future which is liveable, regenerative and honors organic matter.

Treehouses have a special place in our unconscious. They are on the boundary of things - in the air but connected to the earth; a place, above the fray, where you can survey your enemies and be wild and imaginative - sites of play, discourse, learning and freedom.

In these times of great turbulence and change, we have invited artists, designers, thinkers, and our communities to meditate on the tension between accepting our current predicament, while still retaining the optimism and creativity needed to make productive, positive change.

The exhibition features the works of Lucas Arruda, Jeremy Anderson, Flavie Audi, Giovanni Bassan, Irene Cattaneo, Valentino Cortazar, Agglomerati X Fred Ganim, Thomas Heatherwick, Li Hei Di, Per Kirkeby, Nicolas Lefebvre, Robert Mapplethorpe, Agglomerati x Sho Ota, Rick Owens, Marina Perez-Simao, Sterling Ruby, Kate Spencer-Stewart, Tarek Shamma, Richard Serra, Tino Seubert, Hiroshi Sugimoto, and Juliette Teste and Kazunori Hamana.

TREEHOUSE will be held at Lindon & Co., 15 Old Bond Street, opening on the 7th of May and running through the 15th of July.
